Can I display Japanese text on Kindle with the correct layout?

I’m learning Japanese, unlike English books, traditional Japanese books are from right to left, from top to bottom.

Recently I wanted to buy some Japanese books on Kindle, I wonder if Kindle supports this type of layout.

1. At first, the answer is absolutely yes, Kindle book can be displayed from right to left, from top to bottom.
2. The layout is controlled by the .css file of the book, you can check and edit it with Calibre.
3. You can't change the layout in Kindle's reading settings, the only way is to edit the .css file.
