Use Calibre to send books to a specific folder on Kindle Fire HDX?

Can Calibre send the books directly to a folder where Aldiko would find it, or am I going to have to mess around with moving files on the HDX.

Of course you can do this.

Just configure Calibre to the folder where you want Aldiko to access your books.
