When I buy a kindle book, will it download to all of my devices?

I have Kindle for Mac app, Kindle for iPad app, today when I bought a book, it asks me to choose which app to send this book to.

If I choose Kindle for Mac app, will I be able to get this book to my Kindle ipad app either?

As long as this book is bought from Amazon, it is available for all your registered Kindle apps and devices. It asks you to choose which app to send to, then this book will auto-download on that one. For other apps, you need to manually download the book from your Kindle cloud library.
