Is Kindle possible to get virus or malware?

0

Sometimes I would use Kindle’s experimental browser to visit websites.

As far as I know, Kindle doesn’t have any anti-virus functions in the experimental browsers, so I am a little worried about the security issue, as I have registered my credit card with my Amazon account.

If my Kindle is possible to get virus or malware, I will stop using the experimental browser to visit unknown websites.

I don't think Kindle is possible to get any virus or malware.

In theory, Kindle is a digital device running Linux system, so there is the possibility. But Kindle has such limited software and hardware specifictions. Hacking a Kindle is not a good choice.

All in all, I think you need not to worry about this issue.
