I can’t find option to loan a kindle book

I am a Prime Member and registered Kindle user. In my Amazon account, When I go to “Manage Your Content and Devices” and select a kindle book title and click “Actions” button, I don’t see an option for “Loan this title”. Have lending options been eliminated? Are only certain books loanable? Or what am I missing?

The books in your "Manage Your Content and Devices" are already bought by you. If you need to loan a title, you need to find a lendable book in the store page: https://amzn.to/2zLJC29
