Why my Kindle Fire won’t connect to internet?

0

I recently bought a Kindle Fire HD, it’s a 8-inch one.

However, I met an annoying problem on this device, I can find my WiFi network in the list, but I can’t connect to it.

I’ve tried many methods, like rebooting, return to factory settings.

FYI, other mobile devices of mine connect to the same WiFi network without any problem.

According to your description, you’ve tried the most common solutions.

Here are some other solutions you can try:
1. Move your device to the router closer;
2. Set the router’s WiFi channel to 1-11;
3. Restart your router and modem.

If still can’t solve the problem, you can call Amazon’s customer support: 1 (888) 280-4331
