Question about Kindle book's DRM?

When I buy a book, I also download a copy of the file for storage. I think all amazon’s book are protected through DRM, so I was wondering about a few things since I haven’t tried it out.

By downloading the file, can I pass it to someone else and they would be able to read it, or would they have to strip the DRM off first?
If I delete the book from the library, then load it back using the file, will it still work?

1. By downloading the file, you can only read the book yourself. If you want others to read this book, you need to strip the DRM at first. For how to strip Kindle book DRM, please refer to this post: https://www.ereader-palace.com/kindle-drm-removal-free/
2. If you delete the book from local library, it’s still saved in your cloud, you can get it back anytime you want, and this won’t affect the DRM.
