How to add a dictionary to the Kindle desktop app?

I can only find guides on how to add dictionary to Kindle eReaders or even Kindle app for iOS/Android, but I am using Kindle reading app for desktop.

So how can I add a dictionary to Kindle desktop reading app?

For example, if you are using English system, and you are reading a French book by Kindle desktop reading app. When you highlight a french word, the Kindle desktop app will download the French-English dictionary automatically.

You don’t have to manually do this.
